Founded in 2020, the HPDC Program was born out of a commitment to give hard-working people the chance they truly deserve—a chance to live in homes that reflect their dignity and dedication. Hardship doesn’t define a person, and we’re here to ensure that it doesn’t define their living conditions either. We acquire homes to provide safe, well-maintained housing for families who have been displaced due to landlord neglect or other circumstances beyond their control. Far too many have been led to believe that better living conditions are beyond their reach; we’re here to prove them wrong.

In a world where challenges have become more complex, we understand the importance of stability and security, especially for those who work tirelessly every day. That’s why we’re doing everything in our power to give back and contribute to a brighter future for the next generation. But our mission doesn’t stop at housing. We’re committed to holistic support—offering monthly family meal days and hosting motivational speaking and networking events. These events are designed to connect our program members with entrepreneurs and business owners, providing them with not just inspiration, but also tangible job opportunities that could change the trajectory of their lives.
